Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Scope
This refund policy applies to all services provided by HorizonFusionLabs from our office at Calle Mayor, 10, 20003 San Sebastián, España. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis according to project milestones and deliverables completed.
2. Eligibility
Refund requests are evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Cancellation prior to project commencement — Full refund minus administrative processing fee
- Cancellation after partial delivery — Pro-rata refund based on completed milestones
- Service not meeting agreed specifications — Review and remediation or partial refund
- Force majeure events — Evaluated on individual circumstances
3. Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the service delivery date. Requests will be reviewed within ten (10) business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Services fully delivered and accepted in writing
- Third-party licensing fees and infrastructure costs already incurred
- Custom development work where source code has been transferred
5. Processing
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method. HorizonFusionLabs reserves the right to offset refund amounts against outstanding obligations.
Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or utilizing the services of HorizonFusionLabs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
2. Service Scope
HorizonFusionLabs provides digital innovation services including but not limited to AI/ML integration, Web3 development, product design, cloud architecture, data engineering, cybersecurity auditing, mobile engineering, and digital transformation consulting from our headquarters at Calle Mayor, 10, 20003 San Sebastián, España.
3. Intellectual Property
All custom-developed deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment. HorizonFusionLabs retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in service delivery. Source code for custom implementations is provided upon project completion.
4. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued according to the agreed project milestone schedule. Payment is due within fifteen (15) days of invoice date. Late payments incur a statutory interest rate as permitted under Spanish commercial law.
5. Liability
HorizonFusionLabs provides services with reasonable professional care. Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the course of the business relationship, in accordance with applicable Spanish data protection law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of San Sebastián, España.
